I am still undecided as to the Mac or PC. The Mac is a nice system, for $1299. It has everything in one. Some of the specs are:
17-inch widescreen LCD
1.9GHz PowerPC G5
512MB memory (533MHz DDR2 SDRAM)
160GB Serial ATA hard drive
Slot-load 8x double-layer SuperDrive
ATI Radeon X600 Pro with 128MB DDR video memory
