- Click on “Programs”
- Click on “Accessories”
- Scroll to the bottom of the window and click on “Windows Explorer”
- Find My computer, click on it. This should show all of the drives on the computer
- Find your “C” drive, click on it
- Click on “Document and Settings”
- Click on your user name. You may only have 1, and it probably says all users, click on that one.
- Not all of the folders will open. You have hidden folders you need to unhide.
- Click on “Tools” at the top of the screen
- Click on “Folder Options”
- Click on the “View” tab
- In the window, find the folder that says “Hidden Files and Folders”
- Click the radio button next to “Show hidden files and folders”
