If you are looking to ensure you have the latest website available, there is something you can do. I felt the need to publish this since when I update websites for customers, they always call back and say it is not updated.

The problem is the computer is storing their website in their cache. The browsers will do this in order to speed up the amount of time it takes to load the website again. So, what you need to do, is clear your cache.

If you are using firefox, then you clear your cache like this:

1. Open Firefox
2. Go to Tools
3. Go to Options
4. Click on the Advance tab
5. Click on the Network tab
6. Click on clear cache

Close everything. Done. Now, the next time you visit the website, it will have the new information on it (if any exists).

For Internet Explorer:

1. Start the browser
2. Go to Tools
3. Go to Internet Options
4. Click on clear Temporary Files

Done. That is it. Every time I get this call from a customer, and have done this, they then see the new changes. Not really a concern anymore, I just walk them through it.
