I found this little nugget of information, while looking for something else about Ron Paul Presidential Candidate.
In 2003, he voted against Bill S 877, which states: “A bill to regulate interstate commerce by imposing limitations and penalties on the transmission of unsolicited commercial electronic mail via the Internet.”
